We're planning many winter treats for our customers in Bondi Junction. Such was the success of Peter Kuruvita's cooking demo on Saturday 19 June, that by popular demand we'll be featuring regular cooking demonstrations in the Oxford Street Mall.
This Thursday 29 July at 12.00pm pop on down & see Dave Pegrum from Bronte Road Bistro in another great cooking demo. Dave will no doubt give us a taste (pardon the pun) of his relaxed French bistro fare, using the freshest ingredients from our stallholders. Dave has amazing credentials: he was former head chef of Tetsuya's and also worked at Forbes and Burton, both critically acclaimed restaurants in Darlinghurst. We can't wait!!
Then, on Saturday 7 August at 12.30pm we'll be welcoming the warm and gorgeous Corby-Sue from Bondi FM. Corby-Sue has the only content show on Bondi FM every Sunday from 12pm - 2pm and is a trained chef. She's interviewed some brilliant foodies, chefs and producers on her show and has a large, loyal following. She'll be celebrating the produce from our awesome producers and also doing a simple but healthy cooking demo. Corby-Sue will be focusing on cooking that highlights the beautiful fresh ingredients and doesn't over-complicate things.

We're delighted to be bringing our brand of quality markets to the eastern suburbs of Sydney and showcasing some truly amazing stallholders to the people of Bondi Junction and beyond.
Peter Kuruvita, 'celebrity chef' from Flying Fish restaurant, who will be supplying gorgeous Sri Lankan food from his kitchen for a hot food stall at our Food & Farmers' markets;
Nadine Ingram from Cookie Couture who'll be offering up gingerbread goodies, macaroons, tarts, slices & the most incredible cakes. Nadine is a star in her own right, having trained under luminary Michel Roux in London. Wow! Her baked treats are to be tasted to be believed;
Roche Bros Fruit from Adelong, Mountainview Produce from Richmond and Rita's Farm Produce from Kemps Creek selling freshly picked fruit & veg, bursting with vitamins, minerals and flavour;
Brasserie Bread, straight from their world-famous baked goods oasis in Banksmeadow near Botany, will be showcasing their artisan bread and patisserie items;
Meat producer Oaklands Produce, a member of the Angus Society, with their free-range, grass-fed beef, goat and rabbit and free range poulty from nearby producers;
Jams & condiments from Doolans Country Jams, such as passionfruit & tomato jam (don't knock it til you've tried it);
Healthy Feast who have an amazing array of dairy-free, wheat-free and gluten-free pies, pastries and goodies.
Fresh Hot Smoked who smoke beautiful Tassie salmon the day before the market. You will never eat commercial smoked salmon again after you try this.
And of course many other surprises and delights to tempt you!
